Upon arriving you are warmly greeted then you are given our Intake Sheet for you to complete. Your therapist or technician will then receive you, take you to the treatment room where after reviewing your Intake Sheet.  You may be asked a few questions so that you are given the best treatment.

You are responsible for advising your technician if you are using Retin A, glycolic acids, taking medications, or using other treatments conflicting with waxing or peels. When receiving body wraps and bikini waxing, you may prefer to bring an extra thong or bikini and arrive freshly showered.

Payment: If you have a Gift Certificate please present it upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, Visa,Discover, Cash.  Personal Checks are accepted from repeat customers.  There is a $30 fee for Returned Checks....Spa Finder Gift Cards or Certificates is only applicable to regular priced services not discounted services.

Product Refunds: Merchandise purchased is non-refundable, but may be returned within 10 days for store credit only. This credit is applicable toward the purchase of merchandise only. Gift Certificates are not refunded for cash, but may apply to products or other services. Prepurchased  package specials are not refunded, but you may apply the balance towards another service or have someone else use the balance if you are not able to do so. 

Gratuity: Services and packages do not include gratuity.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Your time and ours is valuable. While we realize that emergencies may occur, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation (48 hours for Friday and Saturday appointments), and up to a 100% for any no-shows – therefore you are required to guarantee weekend and multiple appointments with a deposit of 20% to secure the spot set aside for your treatment. This enables your service provider to receive his/her commission for loss of time. This also applies to gift certificate holders. Half of your certificate will be forfeited for less than 24 hours notice, and the full value for no-shows. We would like to avoid this measure so please take the time to make that telephone call. Inappropriate Sexual Advances:  It is "absolutely unacceptable" for any client to suggest, by action or language inappropriate advances towards us. We are all licensed and conduct ourselves in a very professional manner at all appointments.  We have the right to refuse service at any time and contact the proper authorities if any advances are made. Your session will end immediately, you will be required to pay for the appointment that was set for you, you will be asked to leave immediately and you are not expected to return for future appointments.
